The Harford County Liquor Control Board has issued a Public Notice regarding "New Requirements for Hearing Notices" in Harford County.
Please read the notice in its entirety.
This notice is issued pursuant to House Bill 754 with new amendments regarding Section 4-208 and 22-1505 (a)(1-2) and (c)(1) of the Annotated Code of Maryland Alcoholic Beverages & Cannabis Article which took effect July 1, 2025.
